Commission and EIB Group launch European Institutional Investors Pact

The Commission and the European Investment Bank Group launched a new voluntary framework to channel more long-term institutional capital — from banks, pension funds and insurers — into Europe's tech scale-ups, with 13 institutional investors already signed on.
