A citizens' panel on democratic resilience brings together EU citizens

150 randomly-selected EU citizens begin deliberating on 18-20 September as part of the European Democracy Shield, sharing experiences and shaping recommendations on how to help citizens take part in democratic life and strengthen democratic resilience.
