Ceuta: Parliament demands stronger protection of EU's external borders

MEPs voted 339-225 to condemn the instrumentalisation of irregular migration as a hybrid-warfare tool against Ceuta and Melilla, expressed sorrow for the 141 people who died at sea in the July 2026 crossings, and demanded stronger EU border protection and faster returns.
